For bookings, we accept payment by bank card (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfer, bank cheque or ANCV cheques (paper or Connect). On site, you can pay by credit card, cash, bank cheque or ANCV cheques (paper or Connect).
Yes, the conditions for changes and cancellations depend on the date of your request and our general terms and conditions of sale. If you wish to make any changes, please send us your request by e-mail or post.
If you wish to cancel your holiday, only by taking out cancellation insurance will you be entitled to compensation for all or part of your holiday, in accordance with the insurer's general terms and conditions. When you book, our partner Campez-Couvert will usually offer you the option of cancellation insurance. However, you can opt to take out insurance with the organisation of your choice.
Bare pitch arrivals are generally from 2pm and departures before 12pm.
For rental accommodation, arrivals are possible from 4pm and departures before 10am.
Please let us know if you are arriving late.
No deposit is required for bare pitches. However, the pitch must be left clean on departure.
For rental accommodation, a deposit of 300 euros will be required on arrival (bank transfer or cheque). This will be cancelled once the accommodation has been checked on your departure.
No, Camping Le Jaunay is open from 1 April to 30 September.
Life at the campsite
Yes, your dogs and cats are welcome at Camping Le Jaunay, for a fee. They must be kept on a lead and their vaccination certificate must be up to date. Dogs are allowed on the beaches near the campsite!
Yes, a Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the campsite. You get 24 hours free connection for 2 devices. After that, the charge is 1 euro per day.
On pitches, only electric or gas barbecues are permitted, provided they are free-standing and comply with current safety regulations.
Collective charcoal barbecues are available next to the petanque area.
Services & surroundings
A small grocery shop is available during the season at the campsite reception.
Bread and pastries are available to order only in July and August.
Yes, Camping Le Jaunay is ideally located just a few minutes from the beaches of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and its lively town centre. Cycle paths are just a short walk from the campsite.
Yes, we have a number of bikes for hire directly on the campsite.
